Granary Tavern's Craig Ardolino brings a diverse background and an unparalleled passion for the restaurant to the Glynn Management Team. This Connecticut native entered the workforce as a paralegal after graduating from Roger Williams University. After the start of a successful career, Craig decided to follow his passion for hospitality, leaving behind the legal world for a management position with Uno’s.
His years of experience in the restaurant industry and the years he has spent traveling the world combine to create Granary Tavern’s diverse and unique cocktail and beer programs. Craig’s enthusiasm and talent as a manager are apparent in the admiration and respect that every member of Granary Tavern's staff has for him as a manager.
When not at work, Craig most enjoys traveling and scoping out new products to bring to the Granary Tavern bar.
